Adebayo joined Guinness Nigeria in January 2005 as an Operations Support Manager in the Supply Chain Function. Since then, he’s held several senior management roles in Nigeria, including Project Falcon Programme Lead which delivered the largest CAPEX investment in Guinness Nigeria.

Aderemi brings over 20 years of extensive experience in Operations, Manufacturing Excellence, Engineering, Plant, and Logistics Management. His career began as a Management Trainee at PZ Cussons, followed by his move to Guinness Nigeria in 2007, where he started as a Shift Manager at the Benin plant. He soon transitioned to the West Africa Hub team as a Packaging Operation Improvement Manager, leading SWAT teams in executing Perfect Plant intervention projects across South, West, and East Africa. Aderemi then advanced to the role of Packaging Engineer at the Ogba Site.
