Our role within Guinness Nigeria
We believe we are the eyes and ears of Guinness Nigeria and our primary role is to lead the growth of our business through brands with rigor and flair in equal measure. Our accountability is to deliver this through deep understanding and translation of the opportunities that we see in our external environment, building and growing purpose-driven, iconic brands in order to embed them in our consumers’ lives sustainably. The department is headed by the Marketing and innovation Director, and is clustered into priority portfolio objectives, innovation and is supported by a specialist consumer connections unit.

3. Consumer Connections & Planning Unit – A service team of professionals in consumer planning, media as well as influencer & advocacy (PR) with specialist skills to support the brand teams from strategy to execution.
