Ms. Edozien has garnered significant financial, management consulting and operational management experience over the past 25 years in various capacities in multinational organisations in both developed and emerging markets. She currently sits on the board of a number of companies, including Stanbic IBTC (Nigeria); PZ Cussons Plc (United Kingdom), and Barloworld (South Africa), and is involved as a member of the Audit, IT, CSR, Risk and Governance Committees in these various corporations.

Ms. Edozien has served as a member of the Private Sector Advisory Council to the President of Senegal, a member of the Research Based Pharma Industry Association in Nigeria (NIROPHARM), a founding member and Board Member of the American Business Council in Nigeria, the African Leadership Network and Board Member for Africa Investor Magazine. She has also served in the past as a non-executive director of Seven Energy, Diamond Bank, UAC, Mouka Foam, Vlisco, and EMP Nigeria. Prior to re-launching InVivo Partners Ltd. in 2014, she served as Managing Director of Actis LLP’s West Africa business. Actis is a leading emerging market private equity firm headquartered in the United Kingdom focused on the FMCG, Financial Services, Real Estate and Power Sectors.

Ms. Edozien started her professional career in financial services, first at Solomon Brothers and then at JP Morgan, both in New York. She subsequently left JP Morgan, returning to Harvard University to pursue an MBA. Post MBA, Ms. Edozien worked for McKinsey & Co. in London and Paris where she became an Associate Principal. In 1999, she joined Pfizer in New York, where she was Vice President Strategic Planning and Business Development for five years. In 2005 she was transferred to Nigeria as the Regional Director Pfizer for Anglophone East, West and Central Africa. She is currently the Managing Director of InVivo Partners Limited. She is an alumnus of Harvard Business School.

She was appointed to the board with effect from 26 November 2015 and is a member of the Finance and Risk Committee. She lives in Nigeria.
