In the light of this, we hold an annual internal sporting tournament called “The Guinness Cup”- helping to build team spirit and camaraderie amongst employees across functions and locations, while promoting a healthy body and mind.
We also ensure our employees participate in the annual Fast Moving Consumers Goods (FMCG) Games - the Nigeria FMCG Games is a platform that brings together employees of the FMCG industry to compete, have fun, bond, network and achieve a healthy work-life balance in a sporting but friendly atmosphere.
Also, it’s no surprise that one of our brands, Malta Guinness, launched the exciting Pan African Television show tagged the Maltavator Challenge, an energetic and drama filled show that drills contestants in physical, sport-like challenges and mentally tasking obstacles.
The Malta Guinness National Division One League Handball Championship, the Guinness Ogbe Hard Court International Tennis Championship, the Guinness Benin Golf Tournament, Ikeja Golf tournament and the Malta Guinness Kaduna Polo Tournament, are also some sporting activities we have sponsored in the past.
