Role of Commercial Function in Guinness Nigeria
The Commercial Function is responsible for ensuring that sales activities are carried out in line with policy, activating all sales drivers and delivering planned volumes profitably.
Field Sales
Front line team responsible for sales and business development. They conduct company business with channel partners and lead engagement with shoppers and consumers.
Commercial Effectiveness & Capability
Responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of the Route to Consumer Strategy in Nigeria, and development of trade channels. Ensures capability development of the entire sales force.
Commercial Operations & Performance
Organize commercial operations, performance management and budget management. Lead the implementation of controls, policies and procedures related to sales.
Customer Marketing
Customer marketing is the major interface between the Field Sales and Marketing Teams. Ensure brilliant execution of all activities in various trade segments where Guinness Nigeria plays.
