Aderemi brings over 20 years of extensive experience in Operations, Manufacturing Excellence, Engineering, Plant, and Logistics Management. His career began as a Management Trainee at PZ Cussons, followed by his move to Guinness Nigeria in 2007, where he started as a Shift Manager at the Benin plant. He soon transitioned to the West Africa Hub team as a Packaging Operation Improvement Manager, leading SWAT teams in executing Perfect Plant intervention projects across South, West, and East Africa. Aderemi then advanced to the role of Packaging Engineer at the Ogba Site.

In 2015, Aderemi joined the Nigerian Bottling Company (NBC) as Chief Engineer in their Asejire, Ibadan Plant. His outstanding performance led to his promotion to Plant Manager at NBC’s largest facility in Africa in 2018. Before this role, he served as Continuous Improvement Manager and Manufacturing Manager at the same plant, driving significant enhancements in the performance metrics of the Ikeja Plant.

Aderemi rejoined Guinness in 2020 as the Site Manager for Ogba, where he successfully led his team to achieve remarkable results in plant efficiency, energy efficiency, greenhouse gas emission reduction, and water abstraction minimization.

Before his appointment as Supply chain Director for Guinness Nigeria, He was Head of Logistics between year 2022 and 2024, where he delivered impressive transformations with substantial outcomes.

Aderemi holds a first degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria, an MSc in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of Liverpool, and a Diploma in Packaging from the Institute of Brewing and Distilleries in the UK. He is a Certified Project Management Professional, a Six Sigma Black Belt holder from the American Society of Quality, and a Certified Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution Professional.

Aderemi is a distinguished member of various professional organizations, including the International Society of Sustainability Professionals, the Association for Supply Chain Management, the American Society of Quality, the Nigerian Society of Engineers, a Fellow of the Africa Center for Supply Chain, and a registered Engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria.
