Guinness Nigeria Makes Leadership Changes

Guinness Nigeria Plc has announced the appointment of Isaac Tosu as Supply Chain DirectorTosu was until his appointment the Supply Chain Director at Guinness Ghana Breweries, a role he held for four years. The Company also announces the appointment of Viola Graham-Douglas, currently Corporate Relations Director Guinness Nigeria Plc. to the role of IPS, Reserve and Modern Trade (IRM) Director; the appointment of Rotimi Odusola, currently Legal Director/Company Secretary to the role of Corporate Relations Director & Company Secretary Guinness Nigeria Plc.; and appointment of Chinweaku Odigboegwu as Legal Director for Guinness Nigeria Plc.


Graham-Douglas
 is a trained lawyer, graduating from the Nigerian Law School as a Barrister. She joined Guinness Nigeria in June 2017 as Corporate Relations Director with over 20 years of Leadership experience spanning legal, finance, communications, audit and operations across various industries; and has been instrumental to delivering many successes for the organisation since then.


Odusola
 has over two decades of leadership experience in broad multi-functional roles spanning legal practice, corporate and regulatory affairs as well as commercial legal management. He joined Guinness Nigeria as Legal Director in November 2014. Prior to that he was Senior Manager, Commercial Legal at MTN Nigeria Communications Limited (“MTN Nigeria”). He was appointed the Company Secretary of Guinness Nigeria on 29th January 2016, a role he will retain even as he assumes his new responsibility as Corporate Relations Director.


Odigboegwu
 joined Guinness Nigeria in February 2019 after leaving Nigerian Bottling Company - NBC (Coca-Cola Hellenic) where she was Head, Litigation and Dispute Resolution. She also worked at a top-tier Commercial Law firm of Banwo & Ighodalo (B&I) where she rose through the ranks to become a Senior Associate and Team Leader of the Firm’s Litigation, Arbitration Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Practice Group, and supported its Intellectual Property, Energy (Oil & Gas), Maritime & International Trade, and Corporate, Securities & Finance Practice Groups. Odigboegwu is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, Notary Public for Nigeria, Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN),  Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK (CIArb), Accredited Mediator of the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution, UK (CEDR) and Certified Trainer in Mediation and Negotiation of the Bond University, Australia. Chinwe is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the Panel of Neutrals of the Lagos Court of Arbitration (LCA), the Panel of Neutrals and Training Faculty of the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse (LMDC), Training Faculty of the Negotiation and Conflict Management Group (NCMG) and the Standing Conference of Mediation Advocates, UK (SCMA). She is a recipient of prestigious awards including “ESQ Nigerian Legal Awards, Top 40 Lawyers under 40”. Until her new appointment, she was the Senior Commercial Legal Manager in the company.
